Lily was diagnosed with Infantile Huntington’s Disease.
FAMILY
Lily has two older brothers, Campbell and Lucas, a younger sister Ella and her mother Jamie.
ENERGY
Lily has such a great energy regardless of her condition and is living her best life.
RENOVATIONS
The Fight for Connar team where able to assist Lily and her family with home renovations, specifically making a wheelchair friendly bathroom. We were also able to make hand moulds have some internet related fun.
